In July 2023, Masterise Homes successfully delivered its first luxury apartment in the Hanoi market, marking a favorable start for a series of other projects in 2023.
According to the latest report by Savills Vietnam, the real estate market in the first 6 months of 2023 has experienced distinct sluggishness. The substantial inventory mainly stems from unfinished construction projects, which have been temporarily halted due to insufficient resources for continued development.
In this context, Masterise Homes has maintained a steady construction pace and consistently provided updates on the progress and quality of its key projects in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Masterise Homes has also already delivered its first project in Hanoi and is scheduled to hand over 6 other projects in 2023.
Delivering the first batch of luxury Marriott apartments from Q3-2023
In 2021, Masterise Homes partnered with the world's largest hotel group, Marriott International, to develop the Branded Residences segment in Vietnam. This project has also solidified Masterise's reputation as a "branded real estate developer."
After over 2 years of construction, the first tower of the project is in its final stages of completion and is expected to commence handovers in Q3-2023.
The apartments within the Lake tower are associated with the Marriott brand, therefore, all stages of development and post-operation will be intervened and overseen by Marriott International experts.

Currently, the exterior and interior design of the project's apartments are being adjusted based on the review by Marriott International. Additionally, amenities within the Lake tower such as the reception hall, swimming pool, lotus park, children's room, etc., are also under construction.

The duo of projects with the best locations in the Grand Park urban area is gradually taking shape.
Also in 2023, two projects situated at the heart of the Grand Park Urban Area (formerly District 9, Ho Chi Minh City) will be handed over.
By the end of June, the exteriors of the 5 towers of Masteri Centre Point have been coated with the finishing paint. Inside the apartments, Masterise Homes' experts and contractors are diligently completing the interiors according to the committed international standards.
The shophouse area on the 1st and 2nd floors is currently undergoing exterior stone cladding using premium European-imported marble. The harmonious colors and sustainable design further enhance the project's sophistication. The project is set to deliver fully furnished units by the expected year 2023.

Adjacent to that, the 5 towers of the Lumière Boulevard project are also gradually revealing themselves. The scaffolding is being dismantled. By the beginning of July, the exteriors of the towers have reached 80% completion.
Inside the tower, the rough construction work (bricklaying, waterproofing, priming, cement screed) has surpassed 80% of the overall progress. Completed units are undergoing interior finishing. This project is also expected to be handed over by the end of this year.
In addition to the aforementioned 4 projects, Masterise Homes will also deliver 3 other projects in 2023. The first is Lumière Riverside (formerly District 2, Ho Chi Minh City), which had its roof completed in Q1-2023. It has now removed 100% of the protective scaffolding and finished the corridor with 100% Portuguese-imported marble.
The elevator lobby of Lumière Riverside combines the hues of whole-piece imported marble from Portugal with a touch of coppery gold, creating a luxurious ambiance.
Masterise Homes has also demonstrated "rapid progress" with the projected handover schedule of the SOHO townhouse area (in The Global City urban area, Ho Chi Minh City) in 2023.
The Global City townhouse area commenced construction in Q2-2022 and has recently been roofed.
Another project by Masterise Homes, located in the center of the Smart City urban area (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi), has also reached the final stages of completion, with many on-site amenities taking shape.
