This event marks the beginning of realizing the goal of developing a professional commercial business model, following global trends, at The Global City. It brings sustainable profit opportunities for both F&B business owners to expand their operations and customers investing in townhouses at The Global City.
Recognizing the rapid urbanization process along with changing customer needs, behaviors, and global development trends driving significant growth in the F&B and retail industry in Vietnam, Masterise Homes has outlined a clear development roadmap to establish an international standard commercial district at The Global City. The aim is to create a professional operating model on par with developed countries worldwide.
In parallel with enhancing recreational facilities and organizing festive events to attract tourists to the new Center, Masterise Homes has been consistently entering into collaborations with domestic and international F&B and retail brands.
In November 2022, Masterise Homes entered into commercial partnerships with renowned brands such as Pizza 4P's, Pasteur Street Brewing, Yen Sushi & Sake Pub, Yen Sushi Premium, Shamoji, Omasake, and Mylife Coffee, which is part of the Mylife Company system.
In April 2023, in collaboration with partner Druce in Singapore, Masterise Homes continued to bring renowned F&B brands from the Lion City to The Global City.
The event "Connecting Domestic and International F&B Businesses" took place at the new center, The Global City, with the participation of over 100 leading businesses.
With the aim of strengthening collaborations with F&B brands in 2023, Masterise Homes is partnering with Vietcetera, the organization behind the successful annual Vietnam F&B Conference for the past four years. Together, they are creating an event to connect industry experts and businesses in the F&B sector, opening up opportunities for development and expansion at the new center, The Global City.
The event also marks the beginning of a plan to develop an internationally standardized commercial district with a modern business model, comprehensive planning, and professional management to meet the stringent requirements of international brands. This aims to create a sustainable business environment for enterprises and foster their growth.

The launch event of SOHO townhouses has attracted over 100 renowned domestic F&B brands and more than 20 brands from Singapore, providing opportunities for expansion and business development in an internationally standardized urban area. Upon completion, it is estimated to accommodate 40,000 residents and 20,000 office employees, while benefiting from the substantial foot traffic from neighboring residential areas such as Thao Dien and Thu Thiem.
Mr. Gibran Bukhari, Director of the Business Division at Masterise Homes, shared, "This retail and F&B event marks the beginning of our plan to develop a professional commercial business model, following global trends, at The Global City specifically, and all of Masterise Homes' projects in general."

We not only sell real estate properties but also accompany our customers throughout their ownership journey, helping them achieve their investment goals and desired returns. With the advantage of location and existing potential, we are confident in attracting a stable customer base for leisure and shopping activities at The Global City.
Therefore, the development of an internationally standardized commercial district with professional operation is crucial for The Global City to become a vibrant new center - an unmissable destination for both domestic and international tourists. This opens up profitable business opportunities and long-term growth for investors and retail enterprises, both local and foreign."
During the event, Masterise Homes also signed commercial partnerships with renowned F&B brands from Singapore, such as Jlogo Holdings True Cost, All Day Café, Hei Bai Chao, Daruma Tavern, Aladdin Indian Cuisine, Khan Saab, as well as domestic brands like AQ Gourmet & Dine, Takumi-Tei Saigon, Kyo-Tei (under AQ Development company), CTY Kitchen & Bar, marking the presence of these brands alongside a multitude of domestic F&B brands in The Global City urban area. This adds to the vibrancy of the townhouse district.
Ms. Chua Yeong Ling Eve, representative of the Hei Bai Chao brand from Singapore, shared: "We have found similarities in terms of planning and commercial development potential between the Marina Bay area and The Global City. Marina Bay quickly became the new downtown of Singapore and brought significant profits to F&B businesses. We see great potential in The Global City to replicate that success and expand our business operations."
The F&B industry in Vietnam is experiencing strong growth, and The Global City possesses all the necessary elements to expand brands and establish long-term business operations, such as its location, customer base, and investment scale. I believe that The Global City is a Vietnamese version of Marina Bay that business owners wouldn't want to miss out on.
The Global City is the first international standard urban complex in Vietnam designed and planned by the world's leading architectural firm from the UK Foster + Partners.
With a scale of 117.4 hectares situated in a prime location in An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, The Global City envisions becoming an iconic urban area and a new center of Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together diverse recreational, entertainment, and shopping amenities.
The Global City has also been the venue for a series of large-scale events and festivals in recent times, such as the largest water music festival in Southeast Asia, the Luxury Countdown 2023 New Year's event, the ELLE Fashion Show featuring designer Le Thanh Hoa, the launch event of Lamborghini supercars, and various culinary activities showcasing Vietnamese cuisine and beverages. In the near future, The Global City will continue to host a range of exciting entertainment, cultural, artistic, and culinary events, promising to attract thousands of city residents to come and enjoy the festivities.
