The Nam Ly Bridge will be synchronized with Do Xuan Hop Road, enhancing mobility and transportation in the area. Additionally, this project will improve connectivity between Hanoi Highway and the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, ensuring smoother traffic flow to neighboring areas and reducing congestion.
The Global City is situated on the frontage of Do Xuan Hop Road, benefiting from exceptional connectivity potential as the infrastructure projects in the area are concurrently being completed. In March of this year, construction resumed after Thu Duc City essentially completed land compensation and clearance.
Mr. Luong Minh Phuc, Director of the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Ho Chi Minh City's transportation works (the investor), mentioned that after 6 months of resuming the project, the overall progress has reached about 60%, with 66% of the allocated total funding disbursed. The unit aims to increase the disbursement rate for this project to over 95% by the end of this year, as requested by the city authorities.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Thu Duc City, Hoang Tung, mentioned that the Nam Ly Bridge is one of the key projects in the area. Once completed, in addition to connecting both banks of the Rach Chiec River, it will contribute to alleviating traffic congestion on Do Xuan Hop Road and help improve the transportation network in the region.
