Update on The Global City Project Progress November 2023, SOHO townhouses are nearing completion for handover

With the relentless efforts of the Masterise Homes team and its partners, The Global City urban area continues to maintain construction progress, transforming its appearance every month.

SOHO TOWNHOUSES RISE, INTERNAL ROADS ARE BEING FINALIZED

In the SOHO district, by the end of October 2023, not only has the exterior of the townhouse rows completed the construction of surrounding walls, but also a series of glass door frames have been installed. Additionally, elevator installation has reached 40% progress for the entire area. The internal roads of SOHO are currently under construction, and road asphalt work has achieved 63% progress. The underground water treatment system for the townhouse area is also being implemented simultaneously.

The entertainment park (the next facility at the new center expected to launch in 2023): many green areas have been fully covered, and pathways within the park have been completed. Play areas such as basketball, football, and tennis are currently undergoing structural construction, installation of lights, and painting. Additionally, in the upcoming period, a large-scale GO-KART racing track will be constructed for speed enthusiasts and sports enthusiasts.
