Project Update: The Global City - Q4/2023
ENTERTAINMENT PARK AT THE NEW CENTER SPEEDS UP CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS, SET TO OPEN SOON FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
As of early October, the SOHO townhouses have focused on accelerating the interior structural construction, including brick wall construction (reaching 99% of the overall progress); wall painting and waterproofing (70% of the overall progress). The elevator installation has reached 25% progress. The exterior of townhouses in some rows, such as LK1, is in the final stages of completion.
Additionally, the The Global City entertainment park (the next facility in the new center expected to launch in 2023) is swiftly progressing with the construction of internal roads and indoor and outdoor play areas. This includes a large-scale Go-Kart racing track for speed enthusiasts. The green area is being maintained in preparation for outdoor events, notably the international music festival Genfest in November 2023.

From September 23-26, the three-pointed star brand from Germany, Mercedes-Benz, organized the first-ever car and art exhibition, The Avantgarde, in Vietnam at the new center, The Global City.
The Mercedes Benz test drive route was organized along the largest water music area in Southeast Asia at the new center, The Global City.
